CareCap makes it easy to pay for much-needed services

How do I qualify for CareCap?

CareCap does not rely on a traditional credit approval process. Your provider decides who qualifies for a CareCap payment plan.

What charges apply to my CareCap payments?

On payment plans, CareCap collects a small monthly management fee. There are no penalties for paying off a payment plan early.

Can I add additional services to my CareCap account?

If you would like to add or change services to an existing payment plan, let your provider know and you can work together to determine the options that will work best for you. Together you can decide to update existing terms or create additional payment plans.

What if my provider doesn't offer CareCap payment plans?

If your provider doesn’t already offer CareCap, and you want to pay-over-time, we can help you get the service you need or want. Complete our “Refer A Business” form and we’ll let them know you would like a payment plan, explain CareCap, and get them set up with a business account.

Does CareCap impact my credit?

Because your payment relationship is between you and your provider, CareCap does not report to credit bureaus.

How do I manage my CareCap payment plan?

It’s easy to log in to your online account and view your payment history, make additional payments, update payment information and access many other features.

Can I use my CareCap account for more than one provider?

Your CareCap account will help you manage your payments with any of the providers in the CareCap network. If your provider doesn’t offer CareCap, complete our “Refer A Business” form and we’ll contact them for you.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my CareCap account?

For any questions related to payments, payment terms and adjustments to payments, please contact your provider directly.
